When a coupon without the “clip and redeem in the same transaction” feature is displayed on the AppCard terminal, it will be labeled “Clip for Next Visit” at the top of the coupon.

When a coupon that has the “clip and redeem in the same transaction” feature enabled appears on the AppCard terminal, it will be marked “Use this Coupon Now!” Coupons bearing this phrase are equipped with the feature, allowing the user to redeem the coupon in the same order in which it was clipped.

Member Missed Coupon

The NTR will chime and display a prompt to catch the customer’s attention if clip and redeem is enabled for the same transaction.
Here are a couple scenarios in which this would happen:

1. A related UPC for a coupon is scanned and the customer has not clipped a coupon before the transaction.

2. when the related UPC is scanned, If the customer selects the “Save $X Now!” button the discount will be applied immediately.

Non-Member Missed Coupon

The NTR will chime and display a prompt to catch the customer’s attention if clip and redeem in the same transaction is enabled.
Here are a couple scenarios in which this would happen:

1. A related UPC for a coupon is scanned and the customer has not clipped a coupon before the transaction.

2. If the customer selects the “Join & Save” button, they will be prompted to sign up. The digital coupon will then be added to the new member’s digital wallet. The digital coupon will be redeemable on their next visit.

Your store’s Customer Service Desk/Representative will be able to first, ensure that both phone numbers are enrolled in the program under separate emails. From there they will then be able to link the accounts.
