BACON CHEESEBURGER PIZZA RECIPE

A delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza recipe that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the goodness of pizza.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the ketchup evenly over the pizza crust, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edge.
  3. Drizzle the mustard over the ketchup in a zigzag pattern.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the entire pizza.
  5. Distribute the crumbled bacon and cooked ground beef evenly over the cheese.
  6. Top with the diced pickles, sliced red onion, and tomato slices.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Optional: Feel free to add lettuce for an extra cheeseburger touch, but remember to add it after it comes out of the oven.
