PAM’S WHITE ASPARAGUS SAUCE
Asparagus is such a seasonal treat that is made even better with this White Sauce recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons of real butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- dash of salt
- 3 cups of whole milk
- asparagus
DIRECTIONS
- This is great with cooked asparagus and served over a piece of fresh bread.
- In pan on low heat, melt 4 tablespoons of real butter, 4 tablespoons of flour, dash of salt and 3 cups of whole milk.
- Stir constantly until thick.
- Then add cooked asparagus. Mix well.
