CHELSEY’S BERRY DELICIOUS SHRIMP SALAD
This shrimp salad with berries is a healthy choice for a meal or side dish. An unbeatable combination of ingredients your taste-buds will enjoy!
Makes enough for 2 people.
INGREDIENTS
- 2½ cups 50/50 spring mix, baby spinach
- 1 to 1½ cups diced strawberries
- ½ cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
- 15 shrimp (41-50 ct)
- Lawry’s Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- Marzetti Simply Dressed Strawberry Poppyseed salad dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a fry pan saute shrimp until opaque and season to taste with lemon – set aside.
- Layer lettuce, strawberries (don’t be shy), dressing, feta cheese, and nuts.
- Top with shrimp.
- Add strawberry poppyseed dressing to taste.
