EASY MINI CHEESE BALLS

These mini cheese balls will become a popular addition to your appetizer recipes. It’s quick, easy, and always a hit!

Makes about 52-54 mini appetizers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 slices cooked Bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup toasted Walnuts, ground
  • Pretzel Sticks

*To make these even easier, purchase ready-to-serve real bacon bits.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix cream cheese spread and mozzarella in a medium bowl until blended. Stir in bacon and seasonings.
  2. Shape into balls using 1 tsp cheese mixture for each.
  3. Roll in nuts.
  4. Insert pretzel sticks right before serving.
