Viking Village Foods is looking for a friendly and hardworking individual to fill our Shift Manager Position. This person will have to be a reliable, self-sufficient person who can tackle day-to-day tasks. This individual will have to have strong communications skills both written and verbal.

Job Duties are but not limited to:
• Keep Employee’s motivated and on task
• Assigning duties to specific employees
• Help in the Training of new employees
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Answer/handle customer’s questions or concerns
• Help drawer countdowns
• Keep track of store activity
• Check or bag when needed
• Fill/Face departments throughout shift (Meat, Bread, Bakery)
• Help stock as needed
• Check Aisle for unwanted items
• Other duties assigned by the Store Manager
